PROFILE/ QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent both in English & French
5 years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management within a highly professional environment. Experience of telecommunications industry will be valued
Strong and business-minded with an excellent commercial understanding and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously, to take initiatives and to work with much accuracy
Ability to perform high value procurement of high technical complexity
Strong sense of organization; ability to work under high pressure
Ability to use all usual IT tools
Personal integrity and capability to quickly deliver excellent results in a demanding environment

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the local Procurement organization as a functional manager.
Locally responsible for the procurement activities including planning and optimization there of; improving processes, tools, metrics and performance.
Certain call offs under centrally or regionally negotiated Agreements
Accountable for Supply Base Management (supplier base strategy creation, supplier evaluation, supplier assessment, relationship management, contracting, performance management and development)
