PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Prepare the brand/category execution plans in collaboration with sales team and brand Managers to ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans & Objectives
Analyse business environment and propose brand objectives and targets
Prepare territory plans to generate demand for the category within the territory
- Consumer communication in line with brand communication framework/essence and regional targets
- Generate product innovation and renovation ideas including 60/40 + well Nes initiatives and follow up planning /execution within defined timing
- Optimize pricing policy and purpose review to BEM after relevant analysis with country management
Implement the integrated commercial planning process and Globe best practices
Prepare with sales force category dynamic forecast for the category and ensure follow up
Ensure proper execution of regional plans within the territory
Drive synergies within the territory, stimulate economies of scales, share best practices
Monitor, benchmark and regularly communicate information on competitor’s strategy and activity to BEM²
People development :
- Ensure training of all subordinates
- Ensure good understanding of brand plan by stakeholders: sales, event
Ensure efficient use of PFME investment

FUNCTIONNAL RESPONSIBILITIES

CBM is directly responsible for application of brand/category and guideline
