Disturbing reports from Russian Scientists working with the World Health Organization in the Democratic Republic of Congo investigating a ‘mysterious’ new disease outbreak killing both human beings and animals in that African Nation have reported to Russia’s State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology (VECTOR) that the cause appears to be the use of US supplied bio-warfare weapons to the Congolese Military currently warring against Tutsis rebels.

Of this mysterious disease outbreak we can read as reported by the Associated Press News Service:

"A mysterious illness in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has experts scratching their heads.

The illness which appeared three months ago in chickens and pigs later spread to humans causing high fever, vomiting, headache and diarrhea and has claimed the lives of anything from 60 to 100 people.

Many of the victims are thought to have been in contact with the deceased, including medical staff, who lacked the most basic equipment such as face masks to deal with the illness."

To the conflict currently raging in the Congo, dissident Tutsi leader, General Laurent Nkunda, has reported this past week that Western backed Congolese military forces have begun new attacks against the remaining Tutsi areas in the Congo, and prompting International Crisis Group senior analyst Jason Stearns to warn that a massive regional conflict now appears likely.

[It is estimated that up to 77 percent of the Tutsi population of Congo’s neighbor Rwanda were massacred in the worst human holocaust since Nazi Germany and known as The Rwanda Genocide.]

General Laurent Nkunda, according to these reports, has turned over to Russian Scientists American made M-16 rifle based M203 40 mm grenade launchers and, most horrifically, bio-warfare grenade ammunition containing a new variant of the deadly H5N1 Avian Flu Virus captured from Congolese Government Forces.

Doctor of Immunology Professor Iu.v' Telnuikh, from the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, further states that though there does not exist now any ‘direct’ evidence that these bio-warfare grenades were supplied to Congo Military Forces by the US Government, in light of their being used in an American made weapons system leaves ‘little doubt’ as to their origin.

It is interesting to note, too, that the United States is the only Nation in the World that does posses this bio-warfare technology, and as we can read:

"The United States Army has developed and patented a new grenade that it says can be used to wage biowarfare. This is in violation of the Biological Weapons Convention, which explicitly prohibits development of bioweapons delivery devices.

US Patent #6,523,478, granted on February 25th 2003, covers a "rifle launched non lethal cargo dispenser" that is designed to deliver aerosols, including – according to the patent’s claims - “crowd control agents, biological agents, [and] chemical agents...”

The development of biological weapons delivery devices is absolutely prohibited - “in any circumstance” - by Article I of the 1972 Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, to which the US is a party. There is no exemption from this prohibition, neither for defensive purposes nor for so called non-lethal agents.

“The development of weapons for biological payloads produces great uncertainty about the US commitment to the Biological Weapons Convention.” says Edward Hammond of the Sunshine Project US, “Thirty four years after the US renunciation of biological weapons, the Pentagon is back in the bioweapons business.”

Further interestingly to note is that the United States, in anticipation of their current war against the Muslim Nations of the World, and immediately prior to the September 11, 2001 attacks upon America, withdrew their support for the1972 Biological Weapons Convention, and which, according to the US, allows their unrestricted use of biological weapons against their enemies.

South Africa’s Defense Minister, Mosiuoa Lekota, fearing the growing US militarization of the African Continent has warned against further American Military encroachment, and as we can read:

"More armed US soldiers are not welcome in Africa, said South Africa’s Defense Minister Mosiuoa Lekota. Any country that allowed itself to be a base for the US strategic command in Africa (Africom) would have to live with the consequences, Lekota said. Africom's recent creation has been interpreted as the US suddenly recognizing the strategic importance of Africa.

Last month it was reported that Lekota was not responding to US requests for him to meet the first Africom commander, Gen Kip Ward. Briefing the media August 29, Lekota said the Southern African Development Community (SADC) defense ministers had, at the summit in Lusaka this month, decided that no member states would host Africom and more armed US soldiers. He said this was also the “continental position” of the African Union."

Defense Minister Lekota’s fears of the growing US Military presence in Africa do appear to have a strong basis in fact, according to Russian Military Analysts, and who report that the primary goal of the United States is to eliminate all Tutsi opposition in The Democratic Republic of Congo and then turn their African allies against the much smaller, but rich in oil, West African Nation of Congo.

To the horrific methods being employed by the Western Nations to secure Africa’s oil resources we can read as reported by Britain’s Independent News Service of the French Governments participation in the Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsis who have long opposed the transfer of their natural wealth to the West:

"French soldiers stationed in Rwanda during the genocide in 1994 have been accused of "widespread rape" by a Rwandan commission investigating France's role during the conflict.

The commission, which is due to publish its final report in October, will also provide fresh evidence that French soldiers trained the Interahamwe, the extremist Hutu militia responsible for most of the killing, and even provided them with weapons.

The allegations threaten to plunge relations between Rwanda and its former colonial master to a new low. It could also lead to Rwanda seeking reparations from France at the International Court of Justice. "That is something we are considering," said one government official.

France's support for the genocidal Rwandan regime – both before and during the slaughter – has been well documented, but the new report sheds some light on the extent of that backing.

In particular, it provides the first evidence that French soldiers sent to Rwanda during the genocide as part of a UN-mandated force to protect civilians carried out "widespread rape" of genocide survivors. Jean Paul Kimonyo, one of the commissioners, said: "They were asking for Tutsis – not women – Tutsis."

In the face of such aggression from the Western Nations one cannot blame Russia for resuming nuclear bomber flights against the West and their strong reaction against these war monsters, and as we can read as reported by France’s AFP News Service:

"Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov underlined Russia's increasingly muscular foreign policy Monday, laying out a series of non-negotiable "red line" issues including Kosovo and US missile defence.

"There are so-called 'red line' issues for Russia," Lavrov said in a speech to students at the Moscow State Institute for International Relations. "There we cannot fail to react and we must stick to our position to the end."

Unfortunately, though, the American people themselves appear to remain solidly behind their War Leaders as they march the entire World towards the nightmare of Total World War.
