HEAD OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY
Missions:
 Responsible for managing all areas of Bank operations and information database
Directs and manages IT, premises, administration, back office support, branch operations and security to ensure that service levels are maintained and business requirements are met.
Assists in developing budgets, plans and staffing requirements
for all areas of responsibility
Profile:
University degree plus professional qualification
Minimum 10 years experience
Extensive knowledge and experience including IT management and systems and banking operations
HEAD RISK MANAGEMENT
Missions:
Contributes guidance and control to the Credit Risk aspects of the Bank’s activities and ensures the Bank achieves its business development and financial targets.
Responsible for all aspects of Risk management throughout the Bank.
Communicates policy and best practice to lending officials and resolves customer complaints on lending issues.
Profile:
University degree plus a professional qualification.
10-15 years experience including business development, credit risk and bank management.

You will be looking at a diverse and complex set of investment assets and legal structures and will have the opportunity to work with teams’ responsible for structuring these investments at the outset of the projects.
HEAD FINANCIAL CONTROL
Missions:
Overall responsibility for the financial management of the organisation within the Country.
Develops policy and implements corporate policy on all aspects of the financial management of the organisation.
Ensures right management information is available to MD and senior management.
Ensures adequate internal financial controls are established and maintained and that all external reporting requirements are met.
Profile:
1st degree and professional banking/accounting qualification.
Minimum 10 years experience including business
change / project management
HEAD TRANSACTION BANKING
Missions:
Covering Loan Closing, ongoing operational support, pricing of the portfolios etc so an ability to work across a variety of functions is essential. Some of the core responsibilities will include: Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate closings for investments in corporate bank debt and other transactions.
Coordinate with internal accounting and external advisors for all relevant tax and accounting matters relating to the portfolios booked in investment. Liaise with Operations and Accounting team and manage the relationship with corporate administrators of investment.
Oversee cash reporting related to liquid investments and coordinate with Treasury the money transfer process.
Compile reports and analysis as requested for investment presentations internally and to the Board of Directors of Investment. Assist with the pricing of the portfolio in accordance with required accounting and regulatory guidelines.
Profile:
Strong background in Loan Closing/ Middle Office support for Distressed Loans, or strong experience with par Leveraged Loans.
You may also come directly from a Finance/ Product Control background and are looking for a more challenging role
Understanding of core accounting fundamentals and outstanding communications skills.
