MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Finance FRA (Accounting) :
Ensures local Accounting & compliance of processes with accounting and reporting guidelines. Reports expenses
Finance BPA (Planning & Analyses):
Coordinates Budget/LE process within his Region/Country. Monitors proactively the deviations versus plan and initiates corrective measures. Reports Headcount, provides ad-hoc reports and analyses for Local and Head Office in Switzerland
Logistic: Supports/Coordinates, Tender & Order Process between agent and Logistic in Head Office.
Monitors Open Orders (placement, tracking, delivery status) - Reports Inland Sales/Stock on monthly basis. Is responsible for Net Requirements (monthly forecasting). Coordinates Product Launch, Production Transfer, Divestments...
Personal attributes, characteristics: Continuously improve Supply Chain processes.
Make suggestions, propose action plans and implement. Able to act in a cross-functional, international environment. Understands customer needs and is able to influence service providers to cope with these needs. Strives to deliver targets. Well organized and advanced in planning. Able to respond to changing priorities and deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and is communicative. Ability to react proactively, to identify/follow-up and solve issues quickly. Speaks up and is consistently improving processes which leads to better quality information and higher predictability. Good MS Office skills
Education / experience: degree in finance & accounting with a specialization in Supply Chain processes.
Good know how of IT application (Accounting, Software, Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point). Understanding of the Business set-up and his Market. Ability to challenge CPO head to ensure optimal resource allocation. Shares best practice within the Finance Community, manage the expectations and ensures hitting the numbers with good quality, proper financial procedures. Good knowledge and experience in Supply Chain processes: Forecasting, Inventory Management and Material Requirements Planning. Good understanding of interdependencies between financial, regulatory, Marketing and Supply Chain processes. Project management skills as leader or active member of project teams.

Product vision and results
Market and product research—Segmentation, targeting, positioning, Product Profiling
Marketing plans (tactics – promo material, Congress support, speaker tours etc)
Full analysis of country market share data for the relevant brands
Interaction / development—Implementation of strategies and plans—Control – feedback
Search for product opportunities
Communication with Brand Managers on all aspects of the relevant brands
Personal attributes, characteristics: interest level and real enthusiasm for the job; driver, dynamic person, energetic and motivational; open mind and flexibility; leadership, capability to influence; excellent communication skills; management basics; understanding business issues; skilled presenter; languages (French and preferably English); computer literacy
Education / experience: scientific degree, specialization in pharma is a must; sales experience pharma with proven effectiveness and results
